Steamy Trails Submissions

As a promotion for the GRAND OPENING of STEAMY TRAILS PUBLISHING, owners Nita Bee and Katrina Gurl have come up with a win win opportunity for the members of “Steamy Trails Creative Writers Group.” There will be no cost for you to enter, but it MUST be unpublished work. If you are interested in being part the Steamy Trails Creative Writers upcoming editions please submit up to 5 entries of poetry or short stories.

DEADLINE NO LATER THAN AUGUST 1, 2011

Although many submissions were promised, it turns out that very few people actually submitted work. We thank Anitinae Carpenter, Celeste Miles, Cory Perkins, Deborah Evans, Damon, Donna Ballard, Evangeline, Robert Moore, Sharon Smith, for their amazing efforts in making this project a success.

HOWEVER, THERE IS ROOM FOR 5 MORE SLOTS! Although the deadline is officially posted above, if YOU are a writer and have unpublished work that would benefit this project we’d be more than happy to push back production for an additional week just for you to be a part of something that we think is very special.

Thematic Literary Magazine has been created to help new and amazing writers become professional authors. Anyone who is familiar with the writing career path knows that being published is the only way to become established. We offer a friendly, competitive and helpful environment where writers can become professionals through hard work, networking and accomplishment.

Each issue of Thematic Literary Magazine has a different theme and our authors and editors work hard to bring each of those themes to life.

Steamy Trails Publishing is Open…

The co-creators of The S-H-E-M-A Gurls are about to make things happen!!! It started with a vision shared by these two sister friends, one a published author of “The Balcony View – Introduction of the Lovers” and creator of Steamy Trails Promotions, Kat Gurl and the other a soon to be published author of the book “And Yet…It Was Forbidden” and co-creator of The Spirited Divas, Nita Bee.

After much talk and the desire to help others get their work out there without all the hassle and misunderstandings that most new authors have when getting published…the two decided to stop talking and start doing by making their vision a reality. Using the Steamy Trails name they’ve come together to create a brand new publishing company called – STEAMY TRAILS PUBLISHING. Within their vision is the strong desire not to only help others get published at reasonable workable rates but to help young talented writers who lack the funds needed, get their work published, as well. They’ve also created a sponsorship program for high school and college students.
